CONTINUOUS FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETE WITH SEPARATOR
To form continuous fiber-reinforced concrete with a separator, which has excellent storage properties.SOLUTION: Continuous fiber-reinforced concrete is composed of an outer shell membrane, a tension material, and a separator, wherein: the outer shell membrane is a bag sealed on four sides; and in the tension material, fiber fabrics having high Young's modulus are arranged in strips at equal intervals, with the fabrics alternating in straight rows to form a multi-layered grid. At an intersection of the outer shell membrane and the tension material, the separator is threaded therethrough, and a fixed node is placed. When a filler is injected into the outer shell membrane, the separator is tensed by filling pressure, so the tension material held by the fixed node of the separator is expanded in a predetermined gap, and the filler enters the gap to form a composite of the continuous fiber-reinforced concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】格納性に優れたセパレーターを備えた連続繊維強化コンクリートを編成する。【解決手段】外殻膜と緊張材とセパレーターで編成されており、外殻膜は四方が封止された袋であり、緊張材は高ヤング率の繊維織物が短冊に等間隔に配設され、織物を交互に直行させて複層にして格子状に編成してある。その外殻膜と緊張材の交差部にはセパレーターが通してあり、固定節が配設されている。外殻膜の中に充填材を注入するとその充填圧力でセパレーターが緊張するから、セパレーターの固定節で挟持された緊張材は所定の隙間で展開され、その隙間に充填材が入り込み連続繊維強化コンクリートの複合材を編成する。【選択図】図1
