To provide a decorative sheet for an anti-skid floor which has both designability and anti-skid property, and a decorative material for an anti-skid floor which has the decorative sheet for the anti-skid floor.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 for an anti-skid floor includes a base material sheet 2, a printing layer 3, and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4, wherein at least one of a projection 5 and a recess 6 is formed on the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4, in a pattern region B that is a region overlapping a region where a wood grain patter is printed of the printing layer 3 in plan view, of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4, regularly arranged projections 5b are formed, and a non-pattern region A that is a region overlapping a region where a wood grain pattern is not printed of the printing layer 3 in plan view, of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4, randomly arranged projections 5a are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
