INSTALLATION METHOD OF METAL LATH
To enable rationally and efficiently install a metal lath to a concrete placing joint part in reinforced concrete structures.SOLUTION: A concrete placing joint part Cj is set between adjacent reinforcement units U of a reinforced-concrete structure; in a pre-assembly yard, a metal lath unit 10 is preassembled by mounting, to a steel frame 12 for supporting the metal lath 11, a metal lath 11 having formed therein a large number of through-holes 11a through which connecting horizontal reinforcements 2 to be connected to horizontal reinforcements 41 of a reinforcement unit U are passed; after one of the adjacent reinforcement units U is installed at a reinforcement unit installation position, the metal lath unit 10 is lifted and arranged at a concrete placing joint part Cj; after the metal lath unit 10 is arranged, the connecting horizontal reinforcement 2 is passed through the through hole 11a of the metal lath 11 and fixed to the steel frame 12; and the fixed connecting horizontal reinforcement 2 is connected to the horizontal reinforcement 41 of one of the reinforcement units U.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構造体のコンクリート打継部に対するメタルラスの設置を合理的に効率良く行えるようにする。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート構造体の隣り合う鉄筋ユニットU間をコンクリート打継部Cjに設定し、先組ヤードにおいて、鉄筋ユニットUの横筋41につなぎ合わせるつなぎ用横筋2が通される多数の通し孔11aが形成されたメタルラス11を、当該メタルラス11を支持する鉄骨フレーム12に取付けてメタルラスユニット10を先組し、隣り合う鉄筋ユニットUのうちの一方を鉄筋ユニット据付け位置に据付けた後、メタルラスユニット10を揚重してコンクリート打継部Cjに配置し、メタルラスユニット10の配置後に、メタルラス11の通し孔11aにつなぎ用横筋2を通して鉄骨フレーム12に固定し、固定したつなぎ用横筋2を一方の鉄筋ユニットUの横筋41につなぎ合わせる。【選択図】図5
