To provide a roof bolt that improves an efficiency of a fixing work when constructing roofing materials and suppresses falling of water droplets due to dew condensation.SOLUTION: A roof bolt 1 according to the present invention includes a drilling guide shaft 2, a pressing cap portion 12, a buffer portion 15, a spreading fixing portion 18, and a rising nut portion 31. The drilling guide shaft 2 includes a male screw portion 4, a tool engaging portion 3, and a cutting blade portion 6. The spreading fixing portion 18 comprises a mounting portion 20, a resistance portion 21, and a spreading portion 25 integrally formed of a synthetic resin material. The spreading portion 25 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a plurality of spreading pieces 26 freely expanding outwardly from the male screw portion 4 with the resistance portion 21 side as a start point, as a circumferential side wall, and is connected to a lower portion of the resistance portion 21. The rising nut portion 31 is screwed into a gap between the spreading portion 25 and the cutting blade portion 6. Further a pressure receiving starting point 27 is formed at a lower edge of the spreading portion 25, and a pressing advancing portion 32 approximately fitting with the pressure receiving starting point 27 is formed at an upper edge of the rising nut portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根材を施工する際の固定作業の効率を向上させると共に結露による水滴の落下を抑制するルーフボルトを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るルーフボルト1は、穿孔案内軸2と押圧キャップ部12と緩衝部15と展開固定部18と上昇ナット部31と、からなり、穿孔案内軸2は雄ネジ部4と工具係合部3と切り刃部6を有し、展開固定部18は、合成樹脂材料にて一体に形成した載置部20と抵抗部21と展開部25と、からなり、展開部25は抵抗部21側を起点として雄ネジ部4の外方に拡開自在の複数の展開片26を周側壁として筒状に形成すると共に抵抗部21の下部に連設し、上昇ナット部31は、展開部25と切り刃部6との間隙に螺入し、更に、展開部25の下端縁に受圧起点部27を形成すると共に上昇ナット部31の上端縁に受圧起点部27と略嵌合する押圧進出部32を形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
