FROZEN SOIL FORMING DEVICE AND FROZEN SOIL CONSTRUCTING METHOD
To provide a frozen soil forming device and a frozen soil constructing method allowing the selection of a depth region of a ground to be cooled while suppressing installation space.SOLUTION: A frozen soil forming device 1 comprises a freezing tube 3 embedded in a ground G and provided with a refrigerant inlet pipe 7 and a refrigerant outlet pipe 9 at an upper end side. The freezing tube 3 includes: an outer tube portion 21 provided with the refrigerant outlet pipe 9 at an upper end side and having a bottom portion on a lower end side; and a short inner tube 23 and a long inner tube 25 including supply ports 23a, 25a disposed in a hollow portion 21h of the outer tube portion 21 and supplying a refrigerant from the refrigerant inlet pipe 7 into the hollow portion 21h of the outer tube portion 21.
