LUMINESCENT BASE FOR SIGN AND SIGN USING THE SAME
To form a base used in a luminescent sign from a luminescent resin itself, to provide a sign with a higher light emission luminance compared to a sign with a base made of metal or the like, and also provide a sign with a simpler manufacturing cost and an inexpensive manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a luminescent base 0110 for a sign integrally molded with a resin containing a luminescent material. The luminescent base 0110 for a sign has: a bottom surface part 0120 in which an inner bottom surface 0121 for arranging a thin pieces constituting a sign is flat; and a wall surface part 0130 that is provided around the inner bottom surface to serve as a tray for a transparent resin to protect the thin piece constituting the sign arranged on the inner bottom surface. Also, provided is a sign 0600 in which a thin piece 0601 constituting a sign is arranged on the inner bottom surface of such a luminescent base for a sign.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蓄光標識に用いるベースを蓄光樹脂自体で形成することで、金属製などのベースを備えるのに比べ、より発光輝度の高い標識を提供するとともに、製造工程がより簡単で製造コストの安価な標識を提供する。【解決手段】蓄光材料を含有した樹脂によって一体成型された標識用蓄光性ベース０１１０であって、標識を構成する薄片を配置するための内底面０１２１が平面となる底面部０１２０と、内底面に配置される標識を構成するための薄片を保護するための透明樹脂の受け皿とするための内底面の周囲に設けられた壁面部０１３０と、を有する標識用蓄光性ベース０１１０を提供する。また、かかる標識用蓄光性ベースの内底面に標識を構成する薄片０６０１が配置された標識０６００を提供する。【選択図】図１
