To obtain a road surface damage detection device, road surface damage detection method, and road surface damage detection program capable of appropriately detecting road damage.SOLUTION: A calculation server 10 totals section average fluctuations being average values of a plurality of vehicles 200 in the plurality of maximum values of the vehicles 200 in a first predetermined period concerning the fluctuation per unit time in a physical amount indicating a behavior of each one of the detected vehicles 200, and also totals maximum section fluctuations being the maximum values of the plurality of the maximum values in the first predetermined period, in a second predetermined period longer than the first predetermined period. Then, the server detects a road surface damage place based on a result obtained by removing a noise component from the calculation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】路面損傷を適切に検出することが可能な路面損傷検出装置、路面損傷検出方法、及び路面損傷検出プログラムを得る。【解決手段】計算サーバ10は、検出した複数の車両200の各々の挙動を示す物理量の単位時間あたりの変動の、第1所定期間における複数の車両200の各々による複数の最大値の、複数の車両200についての平均値である区間平均変動、及び第1所定期間における複数の最大値の最大値である区間最大変動の各々を、第1所定期間よりも長い第2所定期間で集計し、集計した結果からノイズ成分を除去した結果に基づいて路面損傷箇所を検出する。【選択図】図1
