To provide an entry regulation device having good visibility and capable of enhancing the effect of regulating the entry of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An entry regulation device 100 installed on a passage R at an entrance/exit of a target area where a vehicle can enter and regulating the entry of a vehicle into the target area, comprises a horizontal column 2 extending in the passage width direction above the passage R and supported by a vertical column 1 extending upward from the passage R, a sheet-like member 3 suspended downward from the horizontal column 2 and placed in a space sandwiched between the passage R and the horizontal column 2, and a weight member 4 provided at a lower part of the sheet-like member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
