To provide a fire resistant structure which can be easily disassembled and can prevent a fastening member from becoming a thermal bridge.SOLUTION: A fire resistant structure 1 provided in a wood core material 10 as a main structure part of a wooden building includes: a first fire resistant covering material 11 which is stacked on the wood core material 10 and is fixed by a first fastening member 21; and a second fire resistant covering material 12 which is stacked on the first fire resistant covering material 11 and is fixed by coupling a second fastening member 22 to the wood core material 10, wherein a recess 26 embedding a head 22A of the second fastening member 22 is recessed in the second fire resistant covering material 12, and a fire resistant filler 15 covering the head 22A of the second fastening member 22 is detachably fit into the recess 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
