STEEL PIPE PILE HAVING ROTARY STABILIZATION MEMBER PROVIDED IN END SURFACE PLATE
To provide a steel pipe pile having an end surface plate having upside-down inclined surface parts, which prevents inclination of the end surface plate due to a load acting on a downward inclined surface part on the end surface plate.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile has inclined surface parts 7 and 8 which are inclined upside down in a flange part 6 of an end surface plate 4 fixed to a tip of a shaft part 2. On a rear face of the inclined surface part 8 inclined downward, a rotary stabilization member 15 for rotating the end surface plate 4 in a stable horizontal attitude is provided. The rotary stabilization member 15 has an acute angle tip part 15a which is formed in an arcuate shape in parallel with an arcuate outer edge of the end surface plate 4, and projects from the tip of the downward inclined surface part 8 and forms an acute angle. When the steel pipe pile is rotated and pressed-in, large force acts on the inclined surface part 8 inclined downward in a horizontal direction, and acts thereon so as to incline the end surface plate 4, but the acute angle tip part 15a fixed to the rear face of the inclined surface part 8 inclined downward acts to reduce the force in the horizontal direction acting on the downward inclined surface part 8, which prevents inclination of the end surface plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】上下逆向きの傾斜面部を備えた端面板を持つ鋼管杭において、端面板の下向き傾斜面部に作用する荷重により端面板が傾いてしまうことを防止する。【解決手段】軸部2の先端に固定された端面板4の鍔部6に互いに上下逆向きに傾斜した傾斜面部7、8を有する。下向きに傾斜した傾斜面部8の裏面に、端面板4を安定した水平姿勢で回転させるための回転安定化部材15を設ける。回転安定化部材15は、端面板4の弧状外縁と平行に沿う弧状を成すとともに、下向き傾斜面部8の先端より突出して鋭角をなす鋭角先端部15aを有する。鋼管杭を回転圧入する際に、下向き傾斜の傾斜面部8には水平方向に大きな力が作用し、端面板4を傾けるように作用するが、下向き傾斜の傾斜面部8の裏面に固定した鋭角先端部を15aが下向き傾斜面部8に作用する水平方向の力が軽減する作用をして、端面板4が傾くことを防止する。【選択図】図4
