SAND PILE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
To provide sand pile construction equipment capable of reducing overall construction costs while reducing environmental load by reducing piled-up soil and leftover soil generated during construction and by reducing the use of filling material sand.SOLUTION: Sand pile construction equipment 1 includes: a casing 10; a forced lifting unit 6; a rotary drive unit 7; and a spiral screw 30 that discharges the soil surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the casing 10 to the ground surface Dh when penetrating the casing into the ground D. The spiral screw has a large diameter spiral screw 31 and a small diameter spiral screw 32. The screws are arranged so that the amount of soil that is driven back into the ground is greater than the amount of soil that is discharged to the ground surface Dh from the sloped step provided at the boundary connection with these large and small diameter spiral screws. When feeding back the soil while rotating the casing 10 in the opposite direction, the sand pile material S and the soil that has been driven back into the ground are compacted using a spiral screw 30 to create a sand pile K.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工時に発生する盛上がり土や残土を減らし、中詰めの材料砂の使用を削減することで、施工全体の低コスト化と環境負荷の低減を図る砂杭造成用施工装置を提供する。【解決手段】砂杭造成用施工装置1は、ケーシング10と、強制昇降装置6と、回転駆動装置7と、ケーシング10の外周面に該ケーシングを地盤D中に貫入する際に周囲の土壌を地表Dhに排出するスパイラルスクリュー30と、を備え、スパイラルスクリューは、大径の大径スパイラルスクリュー31と小径スパイラルスクリュー32とを有し、これら大小径スパイラルスクリューとの境界連結部に設けられた傾斜段差部を境にして地表Dhへ排出される土壌の排出量よりも地中に打ち戻される土壌の打ち戻し量の方が多くなるように調整し、ケーシング10を逆回転させながら打ち戻す際に、砂杭材料Sと地中に打ち戻された土壌とをスパイラルスクリュー30にて締固めて砂杭Kを造成する。【選択図】図1
