To provide a drainage structure of a bathtub capable of downsizing a prefabricated bath, the bathtub and the prefabricated bath.SOLUTION: The drainage structure of the bathtub includes: an annular draining port adapter 10 having a draining port 11; a draining device 30 detachably fitted with the draining port adapter 10, and having a draining trap part 33 capable of draining water in a bathtub body 20, while blocking air flow by seal water stored inside; and a sealant 40 cutting off between the draining port adapter 10 and the draining device 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
