FLOOR VIBRATION ISOLATING UNIT
To provide a floor vibration isolating unit that hardly leaves permanent strain in a compression direction due to damping in a vibration isolating material, can exhibit a vibration isolating effect over a range of vibrations from low loads to high loads, and is easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: The floor vibration isolating unit includes: a base member whose cross section is formed in a long shape opened downward in a substantially U shape and to which a floor support member is fixed; and a vibration isolating unit that is installed on a floor slab and whose upper surface is glued to a lower surface of a U-shaped upper wall of the base member. The vibration isolating unit includes: a magnetic flat upper plate that is glued to the lower surface of the upper wall of the base member; a flat lower plate that is in contact with a surface of the floor slab; side elastic portions made of a rubber elastic body that are disposed on both sides, in a state of being sandwiched vertically between the upper plate and the lower plate; and an upper and lower two-layer laminated elastic portion consisting of an upper elastic portion of the rubber elastic body and a lower elastic portion of the rubber elastic body that are disposed in a state of being sandwiched between the side elastic portions on both sides. The problem was solved by the floor vibration isolating unit in which the spring constant is increased in the order of the upper elastic portion, the side elastic portions, and the lower elastic portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防振材がヘタリによって圧縮方向の永久歪みが残りにくく、低荷重の振動から高荷重の振動にわたって防振効果を発揮でき、製造が容易な床防振ユニットを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】断面が略コ字状で下方に開口された長尺状に形成され床支持部材を固定したベース部材と、床スラブ上に設置され、上面をベース部材の略コ字状の上壁部の下面に接着させた防振ユニットと、を備え、防振ユニットが、ベース部材の上壁部の下面に接着し、磁性を有する平板状の上板と、床スラブの表面に接し平板状の下板と、上板と下板との間に上下方向で挟着状態で配設した、両側に配設したゴム性弾性体のサイド弾性部と、両側のサイド弾性部間に挟着状態で配設した、ゴム性弾性体の上弾性部とゴム性弾性体の下弾性部との上下2層の積層弾性部と、を備え、バネ定数を上弾性部、サイド弾性部、下弾性部の順に大きくした床防振ユニットにより課題解決できた。【選択図】図1
