To provide a retaining wall block connecting member and a panel holding device capable of efficiently and accurately assembling assembly type retaining wall blocks.SOLUTION: A pair of connecting members 1, 1 for connecting and fixing a front face panel P10 and a rear face panel P20 at predetermined intervals S1, S2 to form a retaining wall block B includes: a first construction portion 10 in which upper attached portions 12, 22 attached to upper connection portions P16, P26 are provided on both ends of a first construction main body portion 11 constructed on an upper part at the interval S10 corresponding to an upper construction distance between panels P10, P20; and a second construction portion 20 in which lower attached portions 13, 23 attached to lower connection portions P17, P27 are provided on both ends of a second construction main body portion 21 constructed on a lower part at the interval S20 corresponding to a lower construction distance. The first construction portion 10 and the second construction portion 20 are integrally fixed by a construction portion fixing member 30, and relative positions of the upper attached portions 12, 22 and the lower attached portions 13, 23 are defined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
