SLIDING DOOR HOLDING MEMBER
To reduce man-hours in home renovation and to enable free selection of sliding doors.SOLUTION: A sliding door holding member 14 that holds the upper end of a sliding door is attached to an existing lintel 30. The sliding door holding member 14 includes a cover member 40 and a rail member 50. The cover member 40 includes a base portion 41 attached to the lintel 30 with an upper surface overlapping a lower surface of the lintel 30, and a pair of side wall portions 42 protruding downward from both ends of the base portion 41 and facing each other. An outer surface 48 of the side wall portion 42 is provided with a plurality of grooves 80 aligned in an up-down direction 9. The rail member 50 includes a fitting portion 51 having a rail portion 55 and a pair of attachment pieces 52 that protrude from both ends of the fitting portion 51 and face each other. Each of the attachment pieces 52 has a screw hole 56 into which an attachment screw 17 is screwed. The rail member 50 is attached to the cover member 40 at a height position corresponding to the vertical length of an entrance/exit opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
