SUSPENDED SCAFFOLD ASSEMBLY METHOD AND SUSPENDED SCAFFOLD ASSEMBLY APPARATUS
To provide a suspended scaffold assembly method that simplifies a structure and significantly increases an efficiency of an assembly work of a suspended scaffold.SOLUTION: A bridge 1 has an existing suspended scaffold 10 on an underside, and a first guide post 15 is erected on horizontal bracing members for suspension scaffolding 11B, 11C of the suspended scaffold 10, a slide member 30 is provided at the first guide post 15, a temporary stand is installed on the first horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 11C at a very front in an assembly direction, a second horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 18 is placed on the temporary stand, a second guide post 19 is erected on the horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 18, the slide member 30 is fixed to the guide post 19, the slide member 30 is slid in this fixed state to feed the second guide post 19 and the second horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 18, a roller member 12 is placed between the first horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 11C and the second horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 18, a plurality of scaffold plates 13 are placed on them, and the second horizontal bracing member for suspension scaffolding 18 is fixed to the bridge 1 via a cable 14 to sequentially construct new suspended scaffolds 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28
【課題】構造を簡素化し、吊り足場の組立作業効率を著しく高める吊り足場組立工法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁1の下側に既設の吊り足場10を有し、吊り足場10のおやご部材11B,11Cに第1のガイド支柱15を立設し、この第1のガイド支柱15にスライド部材30を設け、組立方向最前の第1のおやご部材11Cに仮置き台を設置し、仮置き台に第2のおやご部材18を載置し、このおやご部材18に第2のガイド支柱19を立設し、このガイド支柱19にスライド部材30を固定し、この固定状態でスライド部材30をスライドさせて第2のガイド支柱19及び第2のおやご部材18を送り出し、第1のおやご部材11Cと第2のおやご部材18との間にころばし部材12を配置し、その上に複数の足場板13を載置し、第2のおやご部材18を橋梁1に索条14を介して固定し、新たな吊り足場5を順次構築する。【選択図】図28
