To provide a console box that allows an entire lid to be easily overturned.SOLUTION: A console box 11 includes: a box body 13 having an upper opening 12; a lid 14 to open and close the upper opening 12; bearing parts 18 arranged at opposite end parts, in a vehicle width direction Y, of the box body 13, respectively; a rotation shaft 22 arranged at opposite end parts of the lid 14 in the vehicle width direction Y and rotatably and detachably connected to the bearing part 18; a lock mechanism to lock the lid 14 at a closing position at which the upper opening 12 is closed; an operation part 37 which releases a locked state of the lid 14 by the lock mechanism by being operated; and a guide groove 21 which is provided in the box body 13 and permits movement of the lid 14 in a manner that the lid moves from a position at which the rotation shaft 22 of the lid 14 is connected to the bearing part 18 at one end in the vehicle width direction Y to a position at which the rotation shaft is connected to the bearing part 18 at the other end and also guides the lid 14 during the movement on the rotation shaft 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
