WALL STRUCTURE MADE OF WOODY MATERIAL
To provide a wall structure made of woody material which features great workability with high strength and can contribute to weight-saving of the wall itself, by using, as a wall component member for an opening part formed with a column and a beam, a material that has a standard shape and is woody enabling weight-saving for easy handling.SOLUTION: A wall 1 is constructed in such a way that: a plurality of same-size octagonal blocks 5 made of woody material are used; the octagonal block has one pair of facing hypotenuses w formed parallel to the fiber direction of the woody material and another pair of facing hypotenuses w formed across the fiber direction; and the octagonal blocks, at the inside of an opening part 4 partitioned with a column 2 and a beam 3, are arranged in vertical/horizontal directions, in which the facing hypotenuses are aligned to have the fiber direction of the woody material all be in a same direction, and vertical sides y of the octagonal blocks fronting the column face the column while horizontal sides x of the octagonal blocks fronting the beam face the beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁の構成部材として、柱・梁架構の開口部分に対し、定形であって、かつ取り扱いが容易なように軽量化が可能な木質材料を用い、優れた施工性と高い強度、そしてまた壁自体の軽量化を図ることが可能な木質材料製の壁構造を提供する。【解決手段】同一寸法の木質材料製の八角形ブロック5を複数個用い、八角形ブロックは、1組の斜辺wが木質材料の繊維の向きと平行に形成され、他の1組の斜辺wが繊維の向きと交差させて形成され、柱2と梁3で区画した開口部分4の内方で、八角形ブロックは、木質材料の繊維の向きがすべて同方向となるように、斜辺同士が向かい合う配列で、かつ、柱に面する八角形ブロックの縦辺yが当該柱と向かい合い、梁に面する八角形ブロックの横辺xが当該梁と向かい合うように縦横方向に配設されて、壁1が構築される。【選択図】図1
