BOTTOM WIDENING REPAIR METHOD FOR EXISTING FENCE CONDUIT CHANNEL
To provide a bottom widening repair method for an existing fence conduit channel which can widen the lower part of the channel and increase the flow rate in a narrow area without requiring the acquisition of private land on the side.SOLUTION: Lifting materials using hydraulic jacks are installed as temporary beam supports 14 in an existing fence conduit channel 13 consisting of fence conduit posts and fence conduit beams. Board materials 15 serving as scaffolds of an excavation heavy machine are installed on the existing fence conduit channel 13. An open shield machine 1 is installed by digging down the existing fence conduit channel 13 below a current riverbed height. U-shaped concrete channel members 4 are laid inside the open shield machine 1. The temporary beam supports 14 becoming a hindrance to laying work are replaced. The board materials 15 serving as scaffolds at an excavation site are removed. The fence conduit beams 12 becoming a hindrance to the excavation are removed. The open shield machine 1 is propelled with the U-shaped concrete channel members 4 as a reaction body. The fence conduit beams 12 are re-installed from a location of a fence conduit post 11 of the existing fence conduit channel 13 through which the open shield machine 1 passes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】狭隘箇所の柵渠構造水路について、側部民地の買収等を伴わず、水路下部を拡幅し、通水流量の増加を見込むことができる既設柵渠水路の底部拡幅補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】柵渠支柱、柵渠梁からなる既設柵渠水路13内に水圧ジャッキによる腹起し材を仮設の梁支保工14として設置し、既設柵渠水路13上に掘削用重機等の足場となる板材15を設置し、既設柵渠水路13内の現況河床高よりも下になるように掘り下げてオープンシールド機1を設置し、その内部にU型コンクリート水路部材4を敷設し、敷設作業の支障となる仮設の梁支保工14は盛替え、掘削箇所の足場となる板材15は撤去し、掘削に支障となる柵渠梁12も撤去し、オープンシールド機1をU型コンクリート水路部材4を反力体にして推進させ、オープンシールド機1が通過した既設柵渠水路13の柵渠支柱11の箇所から柵渠梁12を再度設置する。【選択図】図1
