EMERGENCY UNLOCKING DEVICE FOR SLIDING DOOR
To provide an emergency unlocking device for sliding doors that is easy to install and can be smoothly unlocked in an emergency without being affected by the offset in which positions of a bolt insertion hole and a locking insertion hole are misaligned in a depth direction of a warehouse.SOLUTION: The emergency unlocking device for sliding doors includes: an operation shaft 10 that passes through a through hole 1b provided on a side part of an opening 2 of a warehouse and has a threaded portion at the other end on the outside of the warehouse; a lock receiving metal fitting 20 that is provided on the side part of the opening and has a rotation stop protrusion that is removably fitted into a recess provided on the side part of the opening, an operation shaft insertion hole 25 through which the operation shaft is inserted, and a first locking insertion hole 26; a screw receiving member 30 that is screwed into the threaded portion of the operation shaft inserted through the operation shaft insertion hole; a locking device 50 that locks a latch metal fitting 40 attached to a sliding door 3 and a lock receiving metal fitting with the opening closed. The operation shaft insertion hole is formed by an inclined groove having an open portion 25a at one end on the outside where the slide door closes the opening, and having a slope from the open portion to the other end on the slide door side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ボルト挿通孔と施錠用挿通孔の位置が倉庫奥行き方向に対してずれているオフセットに影響を受けることなく、取付を容易にし、非常時の解錠をスムーズに行えるスライド扉の非常解錠装置を提供する。【解決手段】倉庫の開口部2の側部に設けられた貫通孔1bを挿通し、庫外側の他端にねじ部を有する操作軸10と、開口部の側部に配置され、開口部の側部に設けられた凹所に係脱可能に嵌挿する回転止め突部と操作軸が挿通される操作軸挿通孔25と第1の施錠用挿通孔26とを有する錠受け金具20と、操作軸挿通孔を挿通した操作軸のねじ部に螺合するねじ受け部材30と、開口部を閉塞した状態で、スライド扉3に取り付けられた掛け金具40と錠受け金具に錠止する施錠器具50と、を具備し、上記操作軸挿通孔を、スライド扉が開口部を閉塞する外側の一端に開放部25aを有し、開放部からスライド扉側の他端に向かって勾配を有する傾斜溝にて形成する。【選択図】 図5
