To provide a ventilation technique capable of facilitating maintenance and suppressing an effect caused by blast.SOLUTION: A ventilation device 1 for taking in outside air to an indoor side includes: a main flow passage 10 having an outdoor side opening part 100 and an indoor side opening part 101; an auxiliary flow passage 11 branched from the middle of the main flow passage 10 and having a branch part 111; an air current direction change plate 12 disposed in the main flow passage 10 and distributing part of an air current caused to flow into the outdoor side opening part 100 and having wind speed equal to or greater than a predetermined value to the auxiliary flow passage 11; and a resistor 13 disposed in the auxiliary flow passage 11 or the indoor side opening part 111 of the auxiliary flow passage 11 and restricting air quantity of a passing air current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
