SALT DAMAGE COUNTERMEASURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR EXISTING REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
To provide a salt damage countermeasure construction method for an existing reinforced concrete structure capable of suppressing corrosion of internal reinforcing bars by surely causing an inhibitor to permeate to internal concrete of the existing reinforced concrete structure even in a case where the internal concrete is thick.SOLUTION: A salt damage countermeasure construction method includes: a drilling step of drilling an electrophoresis hole 1 reaching internal concrete Ci enclosed by reinforcing bars S from an outer surface of an existing reinforced concrete structure C; an electrolytic solution supply step of supplying an electrolytic solution (lithium-nitride aqueous solution 31) to the drilled electrophoresis hole 1; and a voltage application step of providing electrodes (E1 and E1') immersed in the electrolytic solution communicating to the electrophoresis hole 1 and applying a voltage from DC power sources (V1 and V2) installed outside of the existing concrete structure C connected to the electrodes. The electrophoresis hole 1 is used as a salt bridge and an inhibitor is caused to permeate to the internal concrete Ci, thereby preventing corrosion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設鉄筋コンクリート構造物の内部コンクリートの厚さが厚い場合でも内部コンクリートにインヒビターを確実に浸透させて、内部鉄筋の腐食を抑制することができる既設鉄筋コンクリート構造物の塩害対策工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設鉄筋コンクリート構造物Cの外表面から鉄筋Sで囲まれた内部コンクリートCiに達する電気泳動孔1を削孔する削孔工程と、削孔した電気泳動孔1に、電解質溶液(亜硝酸リチウム水溶液31)を供給する電解質溶液供給工程と、電気泳動孔1に連通する前記電解質溶液に浸漬された電極(E1,E1’)を設け、前記電極に接続する既設コンクリート構造物Cの外部に設置された直流電源(V1,V2)から電圧を印加する電圧印加工程と、を備え、電気泳動孔1を塩橋として内部コンクリートCiに前記インヒビターを浸透させて防食する。【選択図】図1
