VERTICAL VIBRATION ISOLATION PIVOT SPRING ELEMENT
To provide a vertical vibration isolation pivot spring element which is easy in inspection/maintenance management.SOLUTION: A cylinder spring 1 comprises an inside member 2, an outside member 4 existing outside the inside member, and a compression member 3 formed between the inside member and the outside member, and accommodated in an accommodation space without a clearance. A pair of compression forces acts on the inside member and the outside member. The inside member and the outside member function as accommodation vessels whose accommodation space heights and volumes are changed by easily relatively sliding in directions of the compression forces, also function as compression vessels for compressing compression members in the accommodation vessels in triaxial compression states by using the compression forces, and function as pressure vessels for confining the compression members in the triaxial compression states into accommodation spaces. The compression members convert the compression forces to inner forces in the triaxial compression states while existing in the accommodation spaces, make the inner forces act on a large-diameter pressure face and a small-diameter pressure face of the accommodation spaces with the inner forces as plane pressure, and have elasticity like liquid which is deformed following a deformation of the accommodation spaces while sliding with the large-diameter pressure face and the small-diameter pressure face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】点検・維持管理が容易である鉛直免震支承用ばね要素を提供する。【解決手段】円筒ばね1は、内側部材2、内側部材に対して外側に在る外側部材4及び内側部材と外側部材の間に形成される格納空間の中に隙間なく格納される圧縮部材3を備え、内側部材と外側部材に一対の圧縮力が作用する。内側部材と外側部材は、圧縮力の方向に互いに容易に相対摺動することにより格納空間の高さと容積が変化する格納容器、圧縮力を利用して格納容器内の圧縮部材を3軸圧縮状態に圧縮する圧縮容器、3軸圧縮状態の圧縮部材を格納空間に閉じ込める圧力容器であり、圧縮部材は、格納空間の中に在って、圧縮力を3軸圧縮状態の内力に変換し、且つ内力を面圧として格納空間の大径圧力面と小径圧力面に作用させ、且つ大径圧力面及び小径圧力面と滑りながら格納空間の変形に追随して変形する、液体の如き、弾性を有する部材である。【選択図】図1
