To support a user to make a reservation for maintenance.SOLUTION: A maintenance management method includes: determining, on the basis of cumulative operation time of a work device 100 which works in a field, whether to issue a notification for maintenance of the work device 100; deciding, when a determination is made to issue the notification for maintenance, a maintenance candidate date for the maintenance on the basis of the cumulative operation time; generating a request signal to request permission for the maintenance on the maintenance candidate date; and making a reservation for maintenance of the work device 100 on the maintenance candidate date when permission for the maintenance is obtained in response to the request signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7A
