To provide a vibration control member which transmits vibration having a predetermined frequency while interrupting or damping the vibration.SOLUTION: A vibration control member 100 includes: a cylindrical body 110 in which an upper protruding part 210 is provided on one side in an axial direction; a shaft body 120 provided along the axial direction within the cylindrical body 110; plate spring parts 130, 140 joined to an inner wall 112 of the cylindrical body 110 and the shaft body 120; multiple mass body parts 150 provided within the cylindrical body 110; first spring parts 162 each connected to the inner wall 112 and the mass body part 150 through a first connection part 160; and second spring parts 172 each connected to the mass body part 150 and the shaft body 120 through a second connection part 170.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
