VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE FOR BUILDING STRUCTURE
To provide a vibration control device for a building structure having a novel structure which can easily perform a mass adjustment of a sub-mass even if exerting an excellent vibration control action by employing the sub-mass having, in particular, a large mass.SOLUTION: In a vibration control device 10 for a building structure having a main mass 16 which is rectangular in a vertical view, and a plurality of support bodies 14 arranged below the main mass 16, and elastically connecting the main mass 16 to a base member 74, a sub-mass 44 including an additional mass 46 attached to a lower face of the main mass 16 while being superimposed thereon, and an adjustment mass 48 which is lighter than the additional mass 46 in weight, and attached to a lower face of the additional mass 46 while being superimposed thereon is arranged below the main mass 16, the additional mass 46 is bolt-fixed to the main mass 16 with a first bolt 60, and the adjustment mass 48 is detachably attached to the additional mass 46 with a second bolt 70 which is different from the first bolt 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
