WASTEWATER NEUTRALIZATION TREATMENT FACILITY AND WASTEWATER NEUTRALIZATION TREATMENT METHOD USING OIL TRAP
To provide a wastewater neutralization treatment facility and a wastewater neutralization treatment method using an oil trap which can stably perform neutralization control even when wastewater is flowing and includes various foreign matter, rainwater, etc.SOLUTION: While an oil content is caused to rise to a surface for separation from wastewater which flows in an oil trap tank 12, a required time which the wastewater takes to reach an outflow side pH meter 37 from a supply position of a neutralizer is used to determine a relation between a pH value of an inflow side pH meter 35, a supply amount of the neutralizer, and a pH value of the outflow side pH meter 37 at that point of time when the neutralizer is supplied to the wastewater according to each pH value of the inflow side pH meter 35 and the outflow side pH meter 37. The pH value of the inflow side pH meter 35 of the wastewater flowing in the oil trap tank 12 and the pH value of the outflow side pH meter 37 of the wastewater with the neutralizer supplied thereto in a supply amount obtained from the relation, when getting outside a preset pH range, correction of multiplication of the supply amount of the neutralizer according to the relation by a correction coefficient α is performed so as to get inside the pH range and then the neutralizer in a supply amount obtained by the correction is supplied to the wastewater in the oil trap tank 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】様々な異物や雨水等が含まれる流れのある排水であっても、中和制御を安定に実施可能なオイルトラップを活用した排水中和処理設備及び排水中和処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】オイルトラップ槽12内を流れる排水から油分を浮上分離させると共に、流入側pH計35と流出側pH計37の各pH値に応じて排水に中和剤を供給する際に、排水が中和剤の供給位置から流出側pH計37に到達するまでの所要時間を用いて、流入側pH計35のpH値、中和剤の供給量、そのときの流出側pH計37のpH値の関係を求め、オイルトラップ槽12を流れる排水の流入側pH計35のpH値と前記関係から得た供給量の中和剤が供給された排水の流出側pH計37のpH値が、予め設定したpH範囲から外れた場合、pH範囲内となるように前記関係の中和剤の供給量に補正係数αを乗じる補正を行い、補正後の供給量の中和剤をオイルトラップ槽12の排水へ供給する。【選択図】図1
