To provide a flush toilet capable of suppressing the occurrence of cuts, cracks, etc.SOLUTION: A flush toilet in an embodiment includes a bowl part, a trap part, and a skirt part. The bowl part receives excrement. The trap part communicates with the bowl part to discharge the excrement out of the bowl part. The skirt part is formed outside of the bowl part. The skirt part has an exterior wall forming the exterior. The exterior wall has an opening that is formed above a stepped part along the shape of a lap part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
