PRODUCTION METHOD OF BENTONITE MIXED SOIL INCLUDING GRAVEL
To provide a production method capable of securely producing bentonite mixed soil including gravel which can achieve the desired water permeability coefficient.SOLUTION: A production method is to produce bentonite mixed soil including gravel by mixing sand, gravel, bentonite, and water. Making a first mixture by mixing the sand and the gravel, making a second mixture by mixing the first mixture and the bentonite, and mixing the second mixture with water produces the bentonite mixed soil including the gravel. For preparation of the first mixture, a moisture ratio of the first mixture is adjusted to be 3% to 15%. Adjusting the moisture ratio makes the bentonite easy to attach not only on the sand but the gravel, which leads a composition of the bentonite mixed soil to easily become homogeneity.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】所期の透水係数を達成できる礫含有ベントナイト混合土を確実に得ることができる製造方法を提供する【解決手段】砂と、礫と、ベントナイトと、水と、を混合する礫含有ベントナイト混合土の製造方法である。砂と礫とを互いに混合して第一の混合物とし、第一の混合物とベントナイトとを互いに混合して第二の混合物とし、第二の混合物と水とを互いに混合して礫含有ベントナイト混合土を製造する。第一の混合物の調製では、第一の混合物の含水比が３％～１５％となるように調整する。含水比を調整することにより、ベントナイトが砂だけでなく礫のほうにも付着しやすくなり、礫含有ベントナイト混合土の組成が均質になりやすい。【選択図】なし
