To prevent an outer wall from being contaminated and to facilitate mounting work.SOLUTION: A draining component 30 includes a lower draining section 31 attached to the lower corner of a frame body 10 projecting from an outer wall W and arranged in the lower region of the frame body 10, and a side draining section 32, at least a part of which is located above the lower draining section 31 and arranged in the side region of the frame body 10, in which a rear surface 31a on the outer wall W side of the lower draining section 31 and a rear surface 32a on the outer wall W side of the side draining section 32 are provided so as to be located on the same plane, and a rear watertight material 3 is provided between the rear surface 31a of the lower draining section 31 and the rear surface 32a of the side draining section 32, where the rear watertight material 3 is interposed within the space with the outer wall W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
