To provide a hanging frame device capable of easily adjusting a position when hanging air-conditioning equipment or the like from a QL roof or the like.SOLUTION: Provided is a hanging frame device used to hang and install a target equipment 7 at a predetermined place, having a quadrangular hanging frame body composed of frame members 2, 3, 4 and 5 on four sides. On each of the frame members 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the four sides are formed slit parts 2S, 3S, 4S and 5S in the directions of the frame members 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively; in the slit parts 2S and 3S of the frame members 2 and 3 on opposing two sides is slidably inserted and locked a first rod-like member 9 for installation at the predetermined place; and in the slit parts 4S and 5S of the frame members 4 and 5 on the other opposing two sides is slidably inserted and locked a second rod-like member 8 for hanging the target equipment 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
