To provide a gutter member that can be installed at low cost and can reliably drain rainwater on a roof material, and to provide a roof structure using this gutter member.SOLUTION: A gutter member 15 is installed between a pair of cloth materials 14A, 14B that are substantially parallel to each other, supports the edges of soundproof panels 17A, 17B, and discharges water on the soundproof panels 17A, 17B. The gutter member 15 includes a groove-shaped gutter body 30, first to third panel material holding portions 31 to 33 provided on the gutter body 30 and holding the edges of the soundproof panels 17A and 17B, a first connecting portion 34 provided on the gutter body 30 and connected to the cloth material 14A, and a second connecting portion 35 provided on the gutter body 30 and connected to the cloth material 14B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
