STIRRING OF CEMENT SLURRY CONTAINING GROUT, AND INJECTION TEST SYSTEM FOR CEMENT SLURRY CONTAINING GROUT DURING EXCAVATION AND PILE DRIVING
SOLUTION: Proposed is a geotechnical simulation test system related to a field of a geotechnical technology. The simulation test system includes a casing 1, wherein a first motor 8 is fixedly connected to a top of an inner wall of the casing 1, a second rotating shaft is fixedly connected to an output end of the first motor 8, a second fixed block is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the second rotating shaft, a fixed frame is fixedly connected to one side of the second fixed block, a first fixed block is fixedly connected to one end of the fixed frame, a first rotating shaft is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the first fixed block, a first spur gear is fixedly connected to a bottom of the first rotating shaft, a second spur gear is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the second rotating shaft, the second spur gear is meshed with the first spur gear, and a toothed ring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the casing 1.EFFECT: In the prior art, geotechnical simulation systems ignore the need to stir cement slurry during grout injection, thus solving a problem of non-uniformly mixed cement slurry being injected into a mine shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【解決手段】地盤工学技術の分野に関し、地盤工学のシミュレーション試験システムを提案する。筐体１を含み、筐体１の内壁の頂部には第１モータ８が固定接続され、第１モータ８の出力端には第２回転軸が固定接続され、第２回転軸の外壁には第２固定ブロックが固定接続され、第２固定ブロックの一方側には固定フレームが固定接続され、固定フレームの一端には第１固定ブロックが固定接続され、第１固定ブロックの内壁には第１回転軸が回動可能に接続され、第１回転軸の底部には第１平歯車が固定接続され、第２回転軸の外壁には第２平歯車が固定接続され、第２平歯車は第１平歯車と噛合接続され、筐体１の内壁には歯付きリングが固定接続される。【効果】従来技術における、地盤工学シミュレーションシステムが、グラウト注入時にセメントスラリーを撹拌する必要を無視するため、混合が不均一なセメントスラリーが基坑内に注入されるという問題を解決した。【選択図】図１
