TAPE-LIKE MEMBER ATTACHING DEVICE
To provide a tape-like member attaching device capable of accurately performing attaching work even when an unbonded material is used as a tape-like member and a core material is used as a plate-like attaching object member.SOLUTION: A tape-like member attaching device 5 attaches an unbonded material 4 drawn from a roll body 4A to a plate-like body 21 of a core material 2 which is a plate-like attaching target member, while moving in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like body 21. This attaching device 5 is equipped with: a supporting mechanism 50 having a pair of supporting part 50a supporting each end side of a central shaft material 400 provided in the center of the roll body 4A; a centering mechanism 51 having a pair of first center-aligning members 51A that move an equal distance from each other in the width direction of the plate-like body 21 based on the support shaft and contact both edge faces of the core material 2, and aligning the center of the unbonded material 4 in the roll body 4A with the center of the plate-like body 21 of the core material 2 in the width direction; and a moving member 52 that mounts the supporting mechanism 50 and the centering mechanism 51 and moves over the core material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】テープ状部材としてアンボンド材を用い、板状の貼付対象部材として芯材を用いるような場合でも、的確に貼付作業を実行できるテープ状部材貼付装置を提供する。【解決手段】テープ状部材貼付装置５は、ロール体４Ａから引き出したアンボンド材４を、板状の貼付対象部材である芯材２の板状体２１に対して、当該板状体２１の長辺方向に移動しながら貼り付ける。そして、この貼付装置５は、ロール体４Ａの中心部に設けられた中心軸材４００の各端側を支持する一対の支持部５０ａを有する支持機構５０と、上記板状体２１の幅方向に支持軸を基準に互いに等距離移動して芯材２の両縁面に接触する一対の第１中心合わせ部材５１Ａを有し、ロール体４Ａにおけるアンボンド材４の幅方向の中心と芯材２の板状体２１の幅方向の中心とを一致させる芯合わせ機構５１と、支持機構５０および芯合わせ機構５１を搭載し、芯材２上を移動する移動部材５２と、を備える。【選択図】図１
