To suppress solidification of refrigerant in a refrigerant circulation system, when the refrigerant is discharged from the refrigerant circulation system.SOLUTION: A refrigerant discharge method according to one embodiment, includes the steps of: adding an additive to refrigerant within a refrigerant circulation system to lower the pressure of the triple point of the refrigerant after the adding; and discharging the refrigerant added with the additive to the outside of the refrigerant circulation system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
