To ensure that a rotation regulating tool is provided with a hook member and a lock member, enabling the hook to engage with and disengage from the support frame, while the lock member is covered with a protective member to prevent dirt from adhering to it.SOLUTION: A scaffolding platform includes a ceiling board 3, a pair of support frames 4 whose upper portions are foldably connected to the lower surface of the ceiling board 3, and a rotation regulating device 5 installed between the lower surface of the ceiling board 3 and the midway part of each support frame 4 in the vertical direction in order to change the support frame 4 from the folded position P to the standing position Q and maintain it in the standing position Q. Each support frame 4 is provided with a hook engaging portion 6 in the midway part in the vertical direction.
