To provide an information processing system, an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program which are capable of reducing the possibility that a crew member erroneously gets on a vehicle other than a vehicle in charge.SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 includes an acquisition unit 11, an identification unit 12, and an unlocking unit 13. The acquisition unit 11 acquires a face image of a crew member taken by a camera corresponding to a vehicle. The identification unit 12 identifies a route schedule of the crew member based on the acquired face image. The unlocking unit 13 unlocks a lock mounted on the vehicle when the identified route schedule matches a route schedule of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
