SOUND ABSORPTION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a sound absorption material suitable for incineration and a manufacturing method of the material.SOLUTION: A sound absorption material 1 includes granules 10. The granules 10 have sound absorption property. The granules 10 contain organic materials derived from sanitary products. The term that the granules are derived from the sanitary products means that they are generated during classification or manufacturing of the sanitary products. Since the granules 10 contain the organic materials, incineration is possible. The organic materials are derived from the sanitary products and are one or two or more materials selected from a group consisting of plastic, fluff pulp and water absorbing polymer. Thus, the organic materials generated when the sanitary products are classified or manufactured can be used as the materials of the granules 10. 【課題】焼却処分に適した吸音材、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】吸音材１は、粒状体１０を備えている。粒状体１０は、吸音性を有している。粒状体１０は、衛生用品に由来する有機材料を含有している。衛生用品に由来するとは、衛生用品の分級時又は製造時に発生するという意味である。粒状体１０は、有機材料を含有するため、焼却処分することが可能である。また、有機材料は、衛生用品に由来するものであり、プラスチック、フラッフパルプ及び吸水性ポリマーからなる群から選択される１又は２以上の材料である。このため、衛生用品の分級時又は製造時に発生する有機材料を粒状体１０の材料として利用することが可能となる。これにより、有機材料の廃材を有効活用することができる。【選択図】図１
