To provide an attaching tool which can be simplified in structure, reduced in weight, and fixed to a roof or a wall of a building with a constantly stable posture.SOLUTION: An attaching tool comprises: a pair of legs that have hook-shaped pieces and hold a part of a roof or a wall between them; a pair of holders respectively provided on the upper ends of the legs; and an inner piece disposed between the holders and held and fixed between the holders through a penetration bolt. The inner piece has a top wall that forms the mounting surface of an installed article, at least one recess having an open end on the top wall and elongated toward the legs, and an installed article fixing bolt that is disposed through the open end in the recess and that fixes the installed article installed on the top wall to the top wall. The holders include upright walls rising from the upper ends of the legs and abuttable against the end surface of the inner piece, and a pair of side walls connected to both edges of the upright walls in the width direction and positioned on the side surface of the inner piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
