To provide a flat deck and a fire retardant partition structure excellent in fire retardant property through suppression of shrinkage of filler inside of ribs upon fire.SOLUTION: A flat deck is provided with a flat part 11, ribs 12 (121,122) projected on one surface 11D of the flat part 11, and a filler 13 arranged inside of the ribs 12, wherein a ratio of a density at a boundary surface part of the ribs of the filler 13 to a density at a core part of the filler 13 is 1.01 or more and 1.20 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
