To provide a heat exchange device that is less susceptible to the effects of impurities contained in underground water, natural water, and wastewater.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a water tank, a partition material, and a heat exchanger, where the water tank comprises an inflow part and an outflow part; the partition material partitions the water tank, and forms a flow path connecting the inflow part to the outflow part, where an upstream side of the flow path is a sedimentation part for precipitating impurities at a bottom part, and a downstream side of the flow path is a heat exchange unit; and the heat exchanger is provided in the heat exchange unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
