To provide a cutoff method of a fluid pipe which can cut off the fluid pipe in a box body while tightly surrounding a conduit part and a branch part of the fluid pipe by the box body.SOLUTION: A cutoff method of a fluid pipe 1 for cutting off a part of the fluid pipe 1 in a non-interrupted state has: a step in which at least a box body 5 tightly surrounds a conduit part 2a of the fluid pipe 1 and a branch part 2b branched from the conduit part 2a, and a branch straight pipe 4 connected to the branch part 2b; and a step in which a center drill 72b drills a position avoiding a seal material which is interposed between the branch part 2b and the branch straight pipe 4 by using a cutter 72 having a hole saw 72a and the center drill 72b in the box body 5, and the hole saw 72a cuts off the conduit part 2a of the fluid pipe 1 and the branch straight pipe 4 so as to be separable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】流体管の管路部及び分岐部を筐体によって密封状に囲繞し、この筐体内にて流体管を切除することができる流体管の切除方法を提供する。【解決手段】流体管1の一部を不断流状態で切除する流体管1の切除方法であって、少なくとも筐体5によって、流体管1の管路部2a、該管路部2aから分岐する分岐部2b、及び該分岐部2bに接続された分岐直管4を密封状に囲繞する工程と、筐体5内部にてホールソー72a及びセンタードリル72bを備えたカッタ72を用いて、センタードリル72bが、分岐部2bと分岐直管4との間に介設されたシール材を避けた位置を穿孔するとともに、ホールソー72aが流体管1の管路部2aと分岐直管4とにかけて切除する工程と、を有する。【選択図】図4
