EXPOSED WOOD-FRAMED PARTITION WALL
To provide an exposed wood-framed partition wall that can have fire resistance performance that meets standards required for a main structural part and fire resistance and sound insulation performance that meets standards required for a partition wall, despite the wood material is used in an exposed state.SOLUTION: There are provided a reinforced concrete or steel-framed reinforced concrete post-and-beam frame 2 provided at the boundary between two adjacent dwelling units U1 and U2 in a housing complex, and a wall material 5 that is surrounded by the post-and-beam frame 2 on four sides and divides the two dwelling units U1 and U2. The wall material 5 comprises a pair of thick wooden face plates 1, a pair of fire resistance materials 3, and a sound-absorbing material 4. The pair of thick wooden face plates 1 is located at the outermost side of the wall material 5 in the thickness direction and is exposed to each of the two dwelling units U1 and U2. The pair of fire resistance materials 3 is spaced from each other in the thickness direction of the wall material 5 between the pair of thick wooden face plates 1. A sound-absorbing material 4 is provided between the pair of fire resistance materials 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木材を現しで使用するにもかかわらず、主要構造部として必要とされる基準を満たす耐火性能と、戸境壁として必要とされる基準を満たす耐火性能及び遮音性能とを有することができる木現し戸境壁を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅における隣り合った２つの住戸Ｕ１，Ｕ２の境界に設けられた鉄筋コンクリート造又は鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造の柱梁フレーム２と、四周が柱梁フレーム２に囲まれ２つの住戸Ｕ１，Ｕ２を仕切る壁材５と、を備える。壁材５は、一対の木質系厚板面材１、一対の耐火材３、及び吸音材４を有する。一対の木質系厚板面材１は、壁材５の厚み方向における一番外側に位置し、２つの住戸Ｕ１，Ｕ２のそれぞれに露出する。一対の耐火材３は、一対の木質系厚板面材１の間において壁材５の厚み方向に互いに間隔を空けて設けられている。一対の耐火材３の間には、吸音材４が設けられている。【選択図】図２
