To join exterior wall panels further simply and firmly.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to junction structure of exterior wall panels 100 adjacent to each other in a width direction. The exterior wall panel 100 comprises a panel body 20, a spacer member 30, a first L-shaped member 41 with a piece 41a, and a second L-shaped member 42 with a piece 42a. The piece 41a and the piece 42a are located at an indoor side compared to an outdoor side surface of the panel body 20. The spacer member 30 and the piece 41a of one exterior wall panel 100 and the piece 42a of the other exterior wall panel 100 are arranged side by side in the indoor and outdoor direction, and are fixed with first fixed members 400. The spacer member 30 and the panel body 20 of one exterior wall panel 100 and the panel body 20 of the other exterior wall panel 100 are fixed with second fixed members 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
