METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATION-MOLDED OBJECT, THERMOSENSITIVE GELATOR, AND LAMINATION-MOLDING COMPOSITION
To provide a method for producing a lamination-molded object in which the occurrence of sagging or crushing of a water-curable inorganic composition during lamination is reduced to a level sufficient for practical use, and further to provide a material having excellent defoaming properties and high miscibility with the water-curable inorganic composition, and a lamination-molding composition using this material.SOLUTION: A method for producing a lamination-molded object includes: laminating a water-curable inorganic composition and a lamination-molding composition containing a thermosensitive gelator; and making the lamination-molding composition non-flowable by heating it during and/or after lamination, wherein: the thermosensitive gelator comprises an aqueous medium, a polymer dispersed in the aqueous medium, and a nonionic surfactant having a cloud point of 30°C or higher and an HLB value of 10 to 18; and the thermosensitive gelator has a value (a1/a0) of 15 or more, when penetration resistance at 17±3°C immediately after defoaming is a0 and penetration resistance at 17±3°C after microwave heating at 600 W for 30 seconds after defoaming is a1.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】積層中の水硬化性無機組成物の垂れや潰れの発生が実用上十分なレベルまで低減された、積層造形物の製造方法を提供する。また、消泡性に優れると共に、水硬化性無機組成物との混和性が高い材料、及びこの材料を用いた積層造形用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】水硬化性無機組成物と感熱ゲル化剤を含有する積層造形用組成物を積層し、積層時及び/又は積層後の加熱により、積層造形用組成物を非流動化させる、積層造形物の製造方法であって、感熱ゲル化剤は、水性媒体と、この水性媒体中に分散されたポリマーと、曇点が30℃以上且つHLB値が10~18のノニオン界面活性剤とを含有し、感熱ゲル化剤は、脱泡直後の17±3℃での貫入抵抗値をa0、脱泡後600W30秒のマイクロウェーブ加熱後の17±3℃での貫入抵抗値a1としたときに、a1/a0の値が15以上となる感熱ゲル化剤である、製造方法。【選択図】なし
