GROUT-LESS SCREW NODE SOCKET JOINT
To solve the problem in which, in a conventional socket for connecting two screw node bolts, a node and a rib of an irregular-shaped reinforcing-bar are eliminated and a base material is processed, while an incomplete screw part is utilized, a metric screw thread and the like are machine-processed and connecting by using a screw joint, so that cutting of the base material reinforcing-bar and screw processing on both end parts need to be performed for each piece, and this increases the steps for increased cost.SOLUTION: In a screw node socket joint for connecting two screw node bolts having a special shape, the number of screwing ridges is equal to or greater than 5 ridges on each side, or, that is, the number of screwing ridges from both ends is equal to or greater than 10 ridges. The interval between male screw nodes of the screw node bolt and the interval between female screw nodes of the screw node socket joint are made to be equal, the screwing angle of the male screw node of the screw node bolt and the screwing angle of the female screw of the screw node socket joint are made to be equal, and the height of the male screw node of the screw node bolt and the screw bottom height of the screw node socket joint are made to be equal. Consequently, the male screw nodes of the screw node bolt and the female screw nodes of the screw node socket joint are completely fitted. Thus, a socket is provided which does not require a grout material at connection time and which can achieve cost down.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の二本のネジ節ボルトを連結するソケットは、異形鉄筋の節やリブを削除し母材を加工し、不完全ネジ部を活用としながら、ミリネジ等を機械加工により施し、ネジ継手を使用して連結するため、一本毎に両端部の母材鉄筋の切削とネジ加工をしなければならず、工程が増えてコスト増となっていた。【解決手段】特殊な形状の2つのネジ節ボルトを連結するネジ節ソケット継手であって、螺合山数を5山以上、すなわち両端から螺合山数10山以上とし、前記ネジ節ボルトの雄ネジの節の間隔と、前記ネジ節ソケット継手の雌ネジの節を等間隔とし、前記ネジ節ボルトの雄ネジの節のネジ込み角度と、前記ネジ節ソケット継手の雌ネジのネジ込み角度を等しくし、前記ネジ節ボルトの雄ネジの節の高さと、前記ネジ節ソケット継手のネジ底高さを等しくする、ことによって、前記ネジ節ボルトの雄ネジの節と前記期ネジ節ソケット継手の雌ネジの節が完全嵌合し、連結時にグラウト材を必要としない、コスタダウンが図れるソケットを提供する。【選択図】 図2
