To provide a hydraulic composition capable of: being used in the same manner as white Portland cement, which is not readily available, without impairing the strength and whiteness of white Portland cement; and reducing the amount of white Portland cement used, thereby reducing a cost of a raw material.SOLUTION: A hydraulic composition comprises: more than 70 mass% but 90 mass% or less of a white Portland cement; and 10 mass% or more but less than 30 mass% of a blast furnace slag fine powder (provided that a total of the white Portland cement and blast furnace slag fine powder is 100 mass%).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 白色ポルトランドセメントの強度及び白色度を損なうことなく入手が容易でない白色ポルトランドセメントと同様に用いることができ、且つ白色ポルトランドセメントの使用量を削減することができ、原材料のコストを削減することが可能な水硬性組成物を提供するものである。【解決手段】 白色ポルトランドセメントが７０質量％を超え９０質量％以下、高炉スラグ微粉末が１０質量％以上３０質量％未満（但し、白色ポルトランドセメントと高炉スラグ微粉末の合計を１００質量％とする。）である水硬性組成物。【選択図】 なし
