To provide a mounting member capable of reliably sandwiching base hardware between a panel and a fitting, sufficiently sandwiching the base hardware even when a thickness of the base hardware is different, and preventing displacement due to impact when erecting the panel to improve workability.SOLUTION: A mounting member of a wall panel for attaching the wall panel to base hardware fixed to a building frame of a building includes a fitting, and a washer placed between the fitting and the wall panel. The washer includes: a substantially flat washer body; a hole formed in the washer body; and one or more protrusions provided on a surface of the washer body that comes into contact with the fitting.
