To provide a fitting capable of improving thermal insulation properties, and a curtain wall.SOLUTION: The fitting includes: a frame body 2A formed as a frame; a frame cover part 2B attached on the side facing indoors in the frame body 2A; a glass panel 6B placed in a glass groove 215 formed on the frame body; a glazing material 64 placed between the glass groove 215 and the indoor side of glass panel 6B; and a shielding part 66 that is provided to the frame body 2A or the frame cover part 2B facing the glass panel 6B. The tip of the shielding part 66 is in contact with the face 6b in the indoor side of the glass panel 6B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
