DRAIN PORT STRUCTURE FOR BATHROOM FLOOR
To provide a drain port structure for a bathroom floor that reliably stops water between a drain edge member and a drain base member in the drain port structure for the bathroom floor, saves trouble of removing cutoff means during reform, and prevents cutoff failure after reform.SOLUTION: An annular receiving seat 33 surrounding a drain port 39 is formed at an upper end part facing a bathroom floor surface 21 in a drain base member 31 defining the drain port 39 of a bathroom floor 3. A drain edge member 40 defining an upper end part 39e of the drain port 39 is separably installed on the receiving seat 33. A drain edge 23 of a surface sheet 20 constituting the bathroom floor surface 21 and the drain edge member 40 are joined. A compressible annular seal member 50 is provided between an annular seal receiving surface 33s of the receiving seat 33 and the drain edge member 40. The seal member 50 is held on the drain edge member 40 by fitting or adhesion, while being separable from the drain base member 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】浴室床の排水口構造における排水縁部材と排水ベース部材との間を確実に止水するとともに、リフォームに際して止水手段の除去作業の手間を省き、かつリフォーム後の止水不良が起きるのを防止する。【解決手段】浴室床3の排水口39を画成する排水ベース部材31における浴室床面21に臨む上端部に、排水口39を囲む環状の受け座33を形成する。排水口39の上端部39eを画成する排水縁部材40を、受け座33に分離可能に設置する。浴室床面21を構成する表層シート20の排水口縁23と排水縁部材40とを接合する。受け座33の環状のシール受け面33sと排水縁部材40との間に、圧縮可能な環状のシール部材50を設ける。シール部材50は、嵌合又は接着によって排水縁部材40に保持される一方、排水ベース部材31とは分離可能とする。【選択図】図4
